摘要:
本文论述了法治与政治文明的关系, 认为法治对政治文明具有极为重要的价值, 是衡量政治文明的一个重要尺度, 政治文 明三个方面的基本内容都离不开法治, 政治的进步在于法治化的进步, 政治文明在于法治化的制度文明, 我国要实现现代政治文 明的目标必须加强法治。
Abstract:
The cnstruction of constitutional ruling has critical values and is an important measurement for the polit ical civilizat ion. T he tw o co ncept s are clo sely related. Po litical dev elo pment depends o n law ful ruling . Po litical civilizat ion depends o n the civilizat ion of constr ucting law ful ruling . T o achiev e modern po litical civ il izat ion, it is necessary to str ength const itut ional ruling .
