摘要:
如何提高德育工作的实效, 是新的历史条件下高校德育工作改革的首要之选。作者从马克思主义唯物史观对人的本质的阐 述出发, 论述了人的本质所具有的社会性、发展性、现实性和实践性的特征, 强调高校德育应树立“以人为本” 的理念, 围绕 “育人” 的宗旨, 在德育过程中, 以平等、尊重的态度对待受教育者, 将他们真正视为有思想感情、有个人需要的行为主体, 注 重发挥他们的主观能动性, 从单纯重视德育认知转向更注重德育能力, 培养面向未来, 走向世界的人才。
Abstract:
Based on Marxist historical materialism, the authors have discussed the essence of human being s and pointed out that humans hav e the essential characteri stics of being dev elo pmental , social, reali stic a nd practical. Moral culture sho uld center on peo ple and on the principle o f cultiv ating the mind. Teachers should treat students as equals, rega rd them as subjects w ho hav e their ow n thought s, feeling s a nd interests, a nd stimulate them to play a g rea ter role in educatio n. The st ress o f mo ral culture sho uld be laid o n lea rning a nd practice ra ther tha n o n cog ni tio n.
