本文从馆性、馆藏、馆员三个方面论述了高校图书馆与时俱进的理念和实践, 阐明了其服务工作的明确定位, 有为才能有 位, 提升知识化服务关键在于提高馆员素质。
Abstract:
This article essay a naly zes the Theo ry and practice of prog ressing wi th time in libra ries of colleges and univ ersities f rom the aspect s of the character of library, the sto rag e of boo ks and the quali ty o f libraria ns, and ex po nds the cleor- set posi tio r o f fheirserv ae in order to bet ter the intellectual service by promoting the quali ty of the libraria ns.
