关于北宋灭亡原因的探讨与争论，自从其亡国后一直就没有停止过。传统意义上的研究将北宋亡国的根源归结于国内 政治层面上的相关因素，比如重文抑武国策以及政权的腐败等。不过，从国际政治的视角来看，北宋的亡国与国际体系层次的 运作有着极大的关联性。具体地说，面对体系中具有强烈修正主义倾向的潜在霸权国———金国，北宋没有采取均势政策联合体 系的现状性国家———辽国以制衡金国的崛起，反而逆均势机制而动，实行一种反均势策略即联金灭辽政策。这种追随强者外交 行动的结果是作为强者的金国更加强大，直到将作为追随者的北宋灭国。通
Abstract:
Discussion and debate over the subjugation of the Northern Song Dynasty have never stopped since the country was ruined． Traditionally，people are inclined to attribute the failure of the Northern Song to the domestic politics，such as political corruption and the policy of valuing civil official and restraining military forces． However， the subjugation of the Northern Song has great connection with the international system operation from the international political perspective． More specifically，the Northern Song did not apply the policy of balance of power to ally with Liao in the face of threat coming from Jin who was the potential hegemon with strong revisionist tendency towards the system． On the contrary，the Northern Song adopted the bandwagoning policy，namely，it formed the coalition with Jin to defeat Liao． As a result，the follower Northern Song itself was conquered by Jin the stronger． In a word，we could understand the perdition of the Noerthern Song Dynasty and grasp the power transition of the East Asian international system better through the theory of balance of power．
