摘要:
职业幸福感是人们在从事某职业时基于自我需要得到满足和自身价值得到体现所获得的持续性的快乐体验。通过研 究,了解到高校基层管理人员总体幸福感处在中等偏上水平,但普遍职业认同感不强、自我实现感不高,校方应加强人性化管 理和提供业务进修机会,职员需加强自我学习并融入和谐团队以积极应对。
Abstract:
Professional happiness is the sustainability of happy experience which is gotten when people's ego needs are met and their own value reflected in an occupation. Research shows that the overall happiness of grass - roots management personnel in campus is at the average level,and in general their professional identity is not strong and the sense of self - realization is not high. This article suggests that universities perfect humanized management and provide learning opportunities and the staff strengthen self learning and integrate themselves into the harmonious team so as to solve the problems mentioned above.
