摘要:
作为贯彻落实党和国家发展方略、引领产业发展方向的经营主体,国有企业有责任有能力在助推乡村振兴中发挥重要作用。苏州国有企业助力乡村振兴投资项目主要集中在相城、吴中和吴江,投资模式主要为项目投资型、文旅开发型、环境治理型、结对共建型、惠农金融型等5种。总体而言,苏州国有企业助力乡村振兴取得了一定成效,但参与的国有企业数量不多,投资金额不大,覆盖范围不广。因此,政府要在土地政策、基础设施建设和金融服务保障等方面下功夫。
Abstract:
As the business entity to implement the development strategy of the Party and the nation, and lead the direction of industrial development, state-owned enterprises have the responsibility and ability to play an important role in rural revitalization. The investment projects of Suzhou state-owned enterprises to promote rural revitalization are mainly located in Xiangcheng, Wuzhong and Wujiang districts. The major investment modes are project investment type, culture and tourism development type, environment governance type, paired co-construction type and financial type benefiting farmers. Generally speaking, Suzhou state-owned enterprises promoting rural revitalization has made some achievements, however, the number of state-owned enterprises involved is not large, the investment amount is not large and the scope of coverage is not wide. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to make efforts in the aspects of land policy, infrastructure construction and financial service guarantee.
