摘要:
美国自白派诗人通过运用标志二战后美国经济繁荣的现代宣传媒介与修辞手段不断自我宣传,以“自我”去遮蔽化书写和反暴力的智性书写对冷战早期美国社会问题进行大胆质询与反诘。通过选择高度个人化、自我暴露式的主题,自白诗人在私人与公众的对话空间中揭穿以“美国生活方式”为主导的政治宣传假象,不遗余力地表现冷战时期广泛渗及美国社会集体话语的焦虑感与末世感,彰显出冷战政治下美国先锋诗人的社会批判精神与异质性情感表达。
Abstract:
American confessional poets constantly propagated themselves by employing modern media and rhetoric that marked the prosperity of American economy after WWII. They boldly interrogated and rebutted the American social problems during the early phase of the Cold War with “ego” confessional poetics and anti-violence intellectual writing. Leveraging highly personalized and self-revelatory themes, confessional poets revealed the political propaganda led by “American Way of Life” in both private and the public space. Their works thoroughly reflect the anxiety and doomsday complex instilled into the collective discourse of American society during the Cold War era, and profoundly manifest pioneering poets' social critical spirit and need for heterogeneous expression under the surveillance of the Cold War politics.
