摘要:
提升“非公”企业党组织的组织力是新时代加强党的基层组织建设的必然要求,可以为促进“非公”企业健康发展提供组织保障。江苏吴江“非公”企业党组织建设在促进企业发展中发挥了重要作用。然而,吴江“非公”企业党组织组织力建设情况仍有很大的提升空间,需要着力解决党组织覆盖面不宽、党建工作者队伍不强、党组织评价体系不健全、党建对企业发展的推动力不足等方面存在的问题,应当从创新工作理念、加强队伍建设、优化保障机制、完善评价指标、推动有机结合等方面加以改进,助力“非公”企业党建,为促进“非公”企业发展提供坚实组织保障。
Abstract:
Improving the organizational strength of CPC organizations in “non-public” enterprises is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the construction of CPC grass-roots organizations in the new era, which can provide organizational guarantee for promoting the healthy development of “non-public” enterprises. The construction of CPC organizations in “non-public” enterprises in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province has played an important role in promoting the development of enterprises. However, there is still much room for improvement in the construction of the organizational strength of CPC organizations in Wujiang “non-public” enterprises. In the aspects of limited coverage of CPC organizations, weak party building workforce, incomplete evaluation system of CPC organizations as well as weak momentum of Party building for enterprise development, improvements should be made such as creating new work approaches, enhancing team construction, improving guarantee mechanism, perfecting evaluation indexes, and promoting better integration, so as to boost the development of CPC organizations in “non-public” enterprises and provide a solid organizational guarantee for promoting the development of “non-public” enterprises.
