摘要:
“中国特色社会主义进入新时代”是党的十九大做出的重大政治判断,指明了改革开放和现代化建设所处的崭新历史方位,从而也明确了当前和未来一段时间内党的路线方针政策的基本依据。准确理解这一重大判断是全面准确领会十九大精神的一个基本切入点。中国特色社会主义新时代是十八大以来党领导广大人民群众进行创造性实践历史地生成的,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政新思想的指导下生成的。人民群众创造历史的伟大实践是中国特色社会主义新时代的物质生成过程,同时也是习近平治国理政思想的对象化和现实化过程,彰显了中国人民新时期创造历史的强大社会合力和马克思主义中国化理论创新成果的强大精神力量。
Abstract:
“Entering a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics” is a major political judgment made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and indicates a brand-new historical position in the course of reform and opening up as well as the modernization construction, which clarifies the fundamental basis of the CPC’s route and guidelines at present and for a future period of time. To accurately understand this major judgment is a basic starting point to comprehensively and accurately comprehend the spirit of the 19th National Congress. The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is historically generated in the creative practice by the CPC leading the masses since the 18th CPC National Congress and under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee’s new state governing and governing theory with comrade Xi Jinping as the core. The great practice of creating history by the masses is the process of material formation in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is also the process of the objectification and actualization of Xi Jinping’s thoughts of state governing, which demonstrates the powerful social synergy of creating history in the new era by Chinese people as well as the powerful spiritual force of the theoretical innovation of Marxism with Chinese characteristics.
