本研究团队采用了质性研究与定量研究相结合的方法,力图从学生视角呈现出YH学院本科教学改革的成效。调查发现,YH学院学生对学院配备的物质条件和师生关系是满意的,对自我发展方向比较明确,但对学院管理方式、教师授课等存在较大异议。研究表明,YH学院改革初见成效,但仍需在学生管理、教师授课方式和导师选拔等方面大力改进。
Abstract:
YH college, a common undergraduate institution, as an innovative teaching reform experimental point, conducts teaching reform in many aspects. The reform results are exciting. Through qualitative and quantitative studies, it demonstrates results of YH college teaching reform from students’ viewpoints. The survey shows that YH college students are satisfied with material conditions, while there are huge disagreements about college management and teaching. But they are satisfied with the teacher-student relationship and have a clear direction of self-development. All these show that YH college undergraduate teaching reform has achieved initial success. Meanwhile, the student management, teachers’ teaching methods and tutor selection should be improved significantly.
