摘要:
针对供应链上下游企业在知识共享过程中存在的有限理性和搭便车等问题,引入关系资本等变量因素,并以知识共享的直接受益、协同收益及共享成本之和表示供应链企业的最终收益,建立包含供应商和制造商的基于知识共享的演化博弈模型。在模型建立的基础上,分析和比较关系资本等因素变动的条件下,演化博弈模型稳定策略的变动情况。研究表明:可观的协同收益可以促进企业参与协同创新,良好的企业关系可以显著减少知识共享成本、促进企业进行协同创新,协同收益的合理分配及知识共享量的有效控制可以使更多的企业参与到供应链协同创新的活动中去。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of bounded rationality and free-rider in the collaborative innovation among upstream and downstream supply chain enterprises, an evolutionary game model is built which is composed of suppliers and manufacturers. Variable factors like enterprise relationship are introduced into the model and the sum of directly benefits, synergy gains and shared costs make the final benefits. On the basis of the model, under the condition of analyzing and comparing variable factors like enterprise relationship, how Evolutionary Stable Strategies(ESS)changed by related factors is studied. The results demonstrate that considerable synergy benefits can promote enterprises to participate in collaborative innovation; a good business relationship can significantly reduce knowledge sharing costs, facilitate enterprises’ collaborative innovation; rational distribution of synergy benefits and effective control of knowledge sharing quantity can make more enterprises participate in the supply chain collaborative innovation activities.
