摘要:
高职人才培养的利益相关者涉及教学管理部门,教师和其他管理者、服务者及教育者,用人单位、学生、社会和家庭等,不同的利益相关者在高职人才培养质量保障的链条中影响力、重要性不同。高职人才培养质量保障机制具体包括动力机制、责任机制、决策机制、选择机制、投入机制、成果转化机制、利益分配机制和评价机制。推进高职人才培养质量保障机制建设,应以师生创新能力和综合实力提升为突破口,以制度建设为重点,实施质量工程,打造“质量”文化
Abstract:
Stakeholders regarding talent training in higher vocational colleges involve teaching management departments, teachers, administrators, service staff, educators, employing units, students, society and families and so on. Various stakeholders have their corresponding influences and significances in the quality guarantee chain of effectiveness of talent training. The mechanism for effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges comprises mechanisms of motivation, liability, decision-making, option, input, achievement conversion, interest allocation and evaluation. To promote the mechanism for effectiveness of talent training in higher vocational colleges, the enhancement of innovative abilities of teachers and students should be breakthroughs, and mechanism construction should be the focus so as to carry out the quality construction and build up “quality” culture.
