摘要:
大数据时代，高职院校的立德树人工作面临许多前沿问题，其中最主要的是各部门、各教育（教学）单位协同不够。要真正发挥协同育人效力，必须坚持协同思维，统筹立德树人工作顶层设计；厘清协同脉络，发挥立德树（育）人合力；强化协同导向，突破立德树人工作的重点、难点和热点；把握协同规律，创新网络立德树人途径。
Abstract:
In the era of big data, the work of talents training with high moral values faces many frontier issues in vocational colleges, of which the most prominent is the insufficient coordination between various departments and various education (teaching) units. To realize synergistic effects of education, we must adhere to the principle of synergetic thinking, design overall top-level work of talents training with high moral values, clarify the collaborative context, make full use of joint forces, strengthen the cooperation and orientation, make breakthroughs in its focus, difficult and hot points, grasp the collaborative law and innovate the network educational way.
