摘要:
农业园区建设是促进环太湖地区农业转型升级和加快发展现代农业行之有效的路径选择。近年来，环太湖各地市的农业园区建设取得了长足进展和显著成效，农业综合生产能力和农产品竞争力大大增强。同时环太湖地区农业园区建设也面临诸多困难和问题。要通过加强农业基础设施建设、培育现代农业经营主体、努力提高科技支撑水平、加快土地规范有序流转等一系列举措，进一步健全体制机制、抓好关键环节、突破瓶颈制约，加快农业园区建设步伐，推进环太湖地区现代农业又好又快发展。
Abstract:
Agriculture Park is an efficient way to speed up the Agricultural transformation and the developing of modern agriculture in Taihu rim region. Recently, due to the great progress and remarkable achievements of the construction of Agriculture Park in the cites of Taihu rim region, the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and competitiveness of agricultural products has been greatly enhanced. However the construction of Agriculture Park in the cities of Taihu rim region is still facing a lot of difficulties and problems. To make a more sounder system, do better at critical process, break through the bottlenecks, accelerate the construction of Agriculture Park, and promote modern Agriculture development in Taihu rim region, we should take steps such as enhancing the construction of agricultural infrastructure, incubating modern agriculture entities, improving agriculture technologies and accelerating the land circulation in canonical and perfect order.
