摘要:
随着我国创新型国家的建设，高校承担的科研项目和筹措的科研经费也越来越多，并已成为高校重要的资金来源。但是，在科研经费的使用过程中，存在着制度不完善、认识不到位、管理不规范等问题。为了完善科研经费管理、提高资金的使用效益，高校应采取健全管理办法、加强经费管理、创建信息化平台、完善绩效评价机制等方面的措施。
Abstract:
Under the guidance of building an innovative nation, universities in China are undertaking a growing number of research projects and receiving more science fund, which has become a major source of revenue for universities. But there also arise many problems with the use of research fund, such as mechanism defect, insufficient awareness, inadequate administration, etc. The paper introduces some measures to build a sound management system, strengthen the monitor on the use of fund, set up information platform and improve performance appraisal mechanism so as to make the best use of the research fund.
