摘要:
通过对南京地区高校研究生社会支持状况调查及数据相关性和多元回归分析发现,个体所感受到的主观支持对应对方式的选择较客观支持影响更大更显著,尤其是在积极应对方式选择上,稳定的情感来源及支撑对研究生来说至关重要。研究认为,老师的安慰和关心等主观上的支持在积极应对方式和消极应对方式中均有显著影响,老师与学生之间的心理关系对学生发展意义非凡。高校加强研究生心理健康教育需要在主观支持网络构建上做出尝试,进一步加强老师与同学间的深度沟通。
Abstract:
This paper is a survey research of graduate students' social support in Nanjing universities by questionnaires. According to data correlation and multiple regression analysis, it is found that the effect of subjective support individuals feeling is more significant than objective support in choosing coping style, especially in the choice of active coping style. Stable emotional sources and emotional support are crucial for graduate students. The research argues that consolation and care from teachers and other subjective support have an impact on both positive coping style and negative coping style. Psychological relationship between teachers and students has an effect on student development. Colleges should try their best to strengthen graduate mental health education basing on network construction of subjective support, and further enhance the depth of communication between teachers and students.
