摘要:
在全球贸易保护主义加剧、国内改革进入深水期及国内金融体系机制不灵活的背景下，上海自由贸易试验区总体方案获批。上海自贸区的设立将促进贸易更加便利，投资更为自由，金融更加国际化，行政审批更为简化。上海自贸区的建立将对全国尤其是上海周边城市产生深远的影响，周边城市试图密切关注跟踪最新政策细则，积极主动向自贸区靠拢，同时对本地企业做好分类指导和衔接工作。
Abstract:
The China ( Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is established based on the strategic decision by the Central Government，and is a significant measure to boost China's reform and opening up under the new circumstances．The China ( Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone is a national strategy aiming to expedite the functional transformation of government，explore administrative innovation，stimulate trading and investment facilitation，and accumulate experience on achieving a more open Chinese economy． The Zone will influence its surrounding cities and its surrounding cities must seize the opportunity．
