摘要:
对福建省外商直接投资与福建省第三产业的相关性进行了实证分析。以利用外资总额( FDI) 、第三产业从业人数、经济发展水平( GDP) 、居民消费水平、技术水平以及贸易依存度为变量，运用Eviews 5． 0 软件构建了第三产业产出总值的多元回归模型。通过拟合发现，FDI、居民消费水平和技术水平这三个变量满足回归模型的统计学解释。研究结果显示外商直接投资对福建省第三产业有促进作用，但所带来的影响有待加强。最后从政府、技术和环境等方面对福建第三产业的外资利用提出了相应的政策建议，包括加大第三产业的市场开放程度
Abstract:
This article analyzes the correlation between the FDI and the third industry． The multiple regression model on the total out － put value of the third industry with the six variables － FDI，the third industry workers， GDP，the household consumption level，the technological level and the dependence on foreign trade － was established． The fitting announces that the variables of FDI，the household consumption level and the technological level accord with the statistical interpretation of the regression function． The results show that FDI has a promoting effect on the third industry，but the impact needs to be strengthened． Finally，some strategies，such as increasing the openness degree of market of the third industry，lower the threshold for market access，enhancing the ability of technological innovation and guiding overseas investment to weak fields of the third industry through preferential policies，were presented for the using FDI on the third industry of Fujian province．
