墨子以“兼爱”为基础的管理思想产生于春秋战国时期特殊的历史环境中,对后世产生了深远的影响。“兼爱”主张 爱无差等,应用于管理哲学,则是领导者对待下属应换位思考、一视同仁。墨子的“尚贤”可谓“唯贤主义”,他认为贤人是 最佳表率,主张唯贤是用,注重人才的沟通表达能力,并强调知人善任、人尽其才。“尚同”即向上学习,下同于上。而要达 到政令畅通、上下统一,必须做到下情上达,只有掌握真实情况,领导者才能兴利除弊,提高组织效能。组织成员也应勇于规 谏劝上,监督、矫正领导者,上下同心、互利共赢,使组织得以共生、共荣、良
Abstract:
Mo - tse's“universal love”based thoughts were produced in the special Warring State period historical context which has a far - reaching influence on the later generations. “Universal love”advocates love without discrimination. It can be applied to the philosophy of management,which means that leaders should always put themselves in other's shoes and give equal treatment to all. Mo - tse advocated“sage”,which is to“elevate the worthy”. He believed that sage is the best example and should be recruited and promoted. He paid attention to personnel communication skills and emphasized that leaders should know their subordinates' capabilities and made good use of them. “Advocate unity”means that one must learn from and follow their supervisors. To achieve the smooth implementation of government policies and unity,the situations of the masses must be reported. Only by mastering the real situations,can the leaders promote beneficial business and eliminate disadvantages so as to improve organizational effectiveness. Organization members should have the courage to advise,supervise and correct the leaders so as to achieve mutual benefits and the organization can be managed and develop well.
