明代中后期的徽州是一个饥荒和灾害频发的地区。其中，疫病灾害也非常频繁。徽州地区本身有着非常完备的灾害救
助体系，主要由官府实施救灾和备荒措施，此外，徽州民间的社会救助体系也日趋完备。明清徽州是一个盛产名医的地区，以
汪机为代表的民间医家在徽州地区疫病灾害的救助过程中形成了一套系统的救助体系。除协助官府、捐助、义行等一般措施
外，民间医家自己的灾害应对机制主要有诊断治疗、布施药剂、著书立说、收徒传艺。
- Abstract:

Huizhou was a region with frequent famines and disasters in the middle and late Ming dynasty． The disease
disasters were also frequent． There was a perfect disaster relief system which was governed by local government
in Huizhou，which included governmental disaster relief and prevention measures． In addition，the social relief system
was becoming more complete． There were many excellent doctors in Huizhou in Ming and Qing dynasties．
Some private doctors represented by Wangji built a systematic relief system during disasters rescue． Besides helping
government，donations and righteous deeds，Huizhou＇s private doctors had their own coping mechanisms for disease
disasters，such as diagnosis，treatment，offering medicines，writing medical books and enrolling students．
