摘要:
唐前对虚构定位的嬗变，经历了3 个阶段。一是先秦时期，认为是重在真实的尽意之“象”。二是魏晋六朝时期，定 位为虚实相混的古今之“异”。三是唐代，则转变为自成一家的补史之“阙”。至此，对虚构有了较为准确的认识，这对小说 文体的独立有着重要的意义。在这一过程中，刘知几做出了不容忽视的理论贡献。
Abstract:
The evolution of the fictional positioning before the Tang Dynasty has experienced three stages． The first stage is the pre － Qin period，which emphasized on the true and complete description． The second stage is the Wei and Jin Dynasties period，when the fiction was regarded as the differences between ancient and modern time． The third is the Tang Dynasty period，when the original fictional positioning became a literary supplement for the history． Till then，a more accurate understating of the fiction had come into being，which is rather significant for the independence of novel． In this process，LIU Zhi － ji had made a great theoretical contribution that could not be ignored．
