摘要:

《万季野墓表》一文是研究方苞“义法说”形成、探讨万斯同史法主张以及论证万斯同生卒年的重要文献资料，历来 受到学界的重视。然而由于方苞对万斯同的去世时间存在记忆的偏差，再加上《方苞文集》在编纂过程中没有经过方苞本人系 统审稿和修改，文稿流传过程中的散逸以及方苞后世弟子编纂的混乱使得《万季野墓表》在记载其创作时间时出现了前后文本 相抵牾的情况。《万季野墓表》一文准确的创作时间不是《万季野墓表》中所记载的“距其殁盖二十有一年矣”，而应该是距 万斯同去世16 年的时候。

Abstract:

The Monument Writing of Wan Jiye is an important article to study the formation of“YIFA”idea of Fang Bao，to discuss the view of“SHIFA”of Wan Sitong and to demonstrate his natal and obituary，which has received the educational world attention all the time． However，Fanga Bao’memory bias on the time of the death of Wan Sitong，what’s more，The Collected Works of Fang Bao ，which had not been reviewed or revised by Fang Bao himself in the process of compiling and calibrating． The missing of articles and chaos brought by later disciples complied the collected works made The Monument Writing of Wan Jiye contradictory on recording its time of writing ． The correct time of The Monument Writing of Wan Jiye should be sixteen years after the death of Wan Sitong instead of twenty － one years after the death of Wan Sitong．
