摘要:
精益管理是高校学生食堂管理方式的一次革命。遵循“整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、节约和素养”七大要素，通 过采用系统分析法、分类定置法、视觉识别法、训练强化法、实绩促进法等方法，规范生产流程和后场管理，提升现场管理质 量，消除不安全因素，降低运行成本，有效实现安全、降耗、提质、平价和增效的目标。
Abstract:
Proficient management constitutes a revolution in college student canteen management，including the seven elements，namely organizing，rectifying，sweeping，cleaning，safety，saving and quality． It is implemented through system analysis，classification，visual recognition，training enhancement and performance promotion to standardize the production processes and the backcourt management，to enhance the quality of on － site management， to eliminate insecure factors and lower operating costs，so as to effectively achieve the goals of security，reduction of energy consumption，quality improvement，parity and efficiency．
