摘要:

家庭暴力侵犯受害者人权、破坏家庭关系、影响社会稳定，对社会进步与发展造成了重大危害，是当今社会急待研究 和解决的重大课题。家庭暴力具有长期性、普遍性、频发性、复杂性、隐蔽性和严重危害性。家庭暴力的形成，在客观上有封 建伦理观念残存、市场经济对家庭美德的冲击、社会道德调控弱化等方面原因，在主观上则归结于当事人个人道德人格缺陷、 道德修养缺失等因素。因此，必须摒弃腐朽观念，达成“反暴”共识，创造新型家庭伦理规范; 必须加强道德教育，提高道德 修养，强化并巩固道德调控能力; 必须加强个人道德修炼，促进道德自觉，

Abstract:

Domestic violence causes serious damage to social progress and development as it violates people’s rights，disrupt family relationships and influence social stability． It deserves urgent and in － depth research． Domestic violence has certain features: long － term，common，frequent，complicated，concealed and serious． Domestic violence is caused by a couple of factors，including the influence of feudal ethical concepts，the shock of market economy to family values，and the lack of social morals． One other hand，it is directly related to the party’s moral weakness and personality defects． A number of methods should be taken to tackle home violence，including abandoning old conceptions，reaching a consensus on anti － violence，creation of new family ethics，enhancement of moral education，refinement of moral values and consolidation of moral adjustment． Besides，individuals should enhance personal morality and moral consciousness through which domestic violence can be eliminated internally．
