作为现代社会生活的重要组成部分，公共生活本质透视的是人们不同的需要以及需要的满足，其中尤以利益诉求为
主，是人们政治行为、经济行为、文化行为等在公共生活的集中展示，是一个人生命活动的汇聚与表达。人们参与公共生活具
有必然性，应树立自觉处理个人特殊性与社会普遍性的意识和观念，立足于新信息技术的时代背景，构建现代公民发展与社会
进步的有机社会管理协调机制。
- Abstract:

As an important component of modern social life，the nature of public life is to understand the different
needs of human beings as well as the satisfaction of the needs． Interest demand，the main part of public life，is the
focal display of people＇s political，economic and cultural behavior． It is the convergence and expression of a person
＇s life activity． It is inevitable for people to participate in public life． People should be aware of individual specificity
and social universality． Based on the background of modern information technology，the management and coordination
mechanism of citizenship development and social improvement can be built．
