摘要:
科学发展观是体现马克思主义唯物论、辩证法、价值观、方法论精髓的马克思主义中国化最新理论成果。她体现了马 克思主义中国化的规律原则、实践原则和创新原则，具有中国特色社会主义发展新指南、新标准和马克思主义中国化发展新阶 段的时代价值。
Abstract:
The Scientific Outlook on Development is the newest theoretical results of Sinicization of Marxism， which reflects the marxist materialistic，dialectics，values，methodology and the essence of Marxism． She embodies the principle of rule、practice and innovation of Sinicization of Marxism． The Scientific Outlook on Development become new guide，standard of Chinese development and new ages of Sinicization of Marxism．
