摘要:
新加坡教育注重学生全面发展的理想素质培养。作为新加坡教育之有机组成部分的新加坡南洋理工学院，在培养学生 全面发展的理想素质方面有着可资借鉴的独到之处。主要体现在严谨、柔性的学生辅导与管理，灵活、多样的国民教育，创 新、坚实的专业竞争力，丰富、有序的课外活动，以及优美、和谐的校园人文环境等。这对我国的高等教育的发展、高素质人 才的培养具有启迪与借鉴意义
Abstract:
Singaporean education puts great emphasis on students’overall ideal quality development． Nanyang Polytechnic，as an integral part of Singaporean education，has some unique features in the cultivation of students’ overall ideal quality which could be learned from． The features are as follows: the strict and flexible student counseling and management，the flexible and various national education，the creative and solid major competitiveness， the diversified and orderly extracurricular activities and the beautiful and harmonious campus humanistic environment． The development of Chinese higher education and cultivation of talents of high quality could learn from them．
