近年来国内高校学生旅游事故频发，特别是2012 年致4 死4 伤的太湖大学生快艇事故，促使高校学生管理查找原因、
寻找对策。高校要强化对学生集体外出的管理和教育，健全学生旅游事故风险防范机制，制定科学的旅游安全应急预案，严格
执行学生旅游事故问责倒查制度，帮助学生掌握逃生自救技能，加强校园安全文化建设，筑牢大学生的生命安全防线。
- Abstract:

In recent years，many travel accidents of domestic colleges and universities students have happened．
Especially the speedboats accident of Taihu lake which happened on April 4th，2012 ，forced the managers in colleges
and universities to find reasons and search countermeasures． What the managers should do are to strengthen
the management and safety education，improve the risk prevention mechanisms for students travel，develop the scientific
emergency preplans of tourism security，execute the accident accountability system strictly，help the students
to master escaping skills and then try the best to ensure the college students against danger
