摘要:
苏南新市民社区教育资源整合是苏南推进终身教育，解决社区教育资源不足以及率先基本实现现代化的需要。其整合 内容包括物力资源、人力资源、财力资源、网络资源等。这些资源的整合需要不断更新教育观念，发挥苏南传统的教育资源优 势和先进文化优势，完善资源整合的有效机制，强化资源整合的保障措施。
Abstract:
The integration of new citizens community education resources in south of Jiangsu meet the needs of promoting lifelong education，solving the shortage of community education resources and taking the lead in realizing modernization basically． The integration of resources includes human resources，financial resources，cyber source etc． The integration calls for constantly updating their concepts of education，playing the advantage of traditional education resources and advanced culture in southern Jiangsu，perfecting the effective mechanism of resources integration， strengthening protection measures of resources integration．
