摘要:
在高校体育馆运营管理中引入平衡计分卡理论，以体育馆发展战略为导向，寻找成功运营体育馆的关键成功因素，并 在财务、服务对象、内部业务流程、学习与成长四个层面建立与关键成功因素密切相关的绩效评价体系，通过对绩效体系的跟 踪评价，修订体育馆的发展策略，从而推动高校体育馆可持续发展。
Abstract:
The theory of balanced scorecard is introduced to the management and operation of university gymnasium． We should be guided by the stadium development strategy to look for the key factors in the successful operation of the stadium． A system of performance evaluation which is closely related to key successful factors should be built from the four aspects of finance，service targets，internal business processes and learning and growth． Through the consistent evaluation of performance，we could revise the stadium development strategy，so as to promote the sustainable development of college gymnasium．
