博物馆是一个人类文化在空间的浓缩，是历史文化的符号。在新的文化建设中，要进一步实现博物馆的功能转化，特
别是实现博物馆功能与大学文化建设的有机结合，充分发挥博物馆促进大学文化建设、构建和谐文化这一重要教育功能，使博
物馆与大学文化建设融为一体，实现文化互动和共同发展，为促进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣作出努力。
- Abstract:

The museum，the symbol of historical culture，is the concentration of human culture in the space． In
the construction of a new culture，we should converse the function of the museum，especially achieving the organic
combination of the function of the museum and the cultural construction of the university． Only by doing this，can
we make full use of the museum’s important educational function of promoting the construction of university culture
and constructing harmonious culture． The integration of the construction of museum and the cultural construction
of the university will also promote vigorous development and prosperity of socialist culture．
