摘要:
高校毕业生党员组织关系管理工作中存着高校强制所有毕业生党员将组织关系迁出学校，一些地方党组织不予接受组 织关系等问题。为了对高校毕业生党员组织关系进行有效管理，高校党组织、毕业生党员和社会各级党组织3 方应该协同管 理。高校要提高对毕业生党员组织关系管理工作重要性的认识，以人为本区分不同情况对毕业生党员组织关系做出相应的处 理，对党组织关系暂留学校的毕业生党员采取有效措施加强管理，同时严把发展党员入口关，注重对入党积极分子和学生党员 的培养教育，建立长效机制。毕业生党员也要加强自身党性修养，强化组织观念意
Abstract:
The main problems in the management of membership credentials of the university graduates of Party members are as follows: universities compel all graduates of Party members to move membership credentials out of the school; some local Party organizations do not accept membership credentials． To effectively manage the membership credentials of the university graduates of Party members，university Party organizations，graduates of Party members，social Party organizations at all levels should work together to cope with it． Universities should raise awareness of the importance of the management of membership credentials of the university graduates of Party members． Besides，the universities should take effective measures to strengthen management of Party members whose Party membership credentials remains in universities． At the same time，universities should be stricter in the enrollment of Party members and focus on the training and education of Party activists and Party members to establish a long － term mechanism． The graduates of Party members should strengthen their own Party spirit and organizational consciousness． Simultaneously，it is very important to establish and improve local Party organizations at all levels and strengthen their own construction．
