摘要:
生态文明为旅游发展方式转型明确了价值导向。传统旅游发展方式过分强调经济利益而忽视旅游资源、经济、社会、 环境等方面的协调统一，缺乏人本关爱。当今，旅游业作为关系国计民生的战略性支柱产业与人民更加满意的服务业，其发展 方式应当是一种有机融合和谐发展模式，是一种保护自然环境、体现人本关爱、维护公平正义、彰显生态伦理与文明的科学发 展方式。为此，本文以常州旅游业为例，探讨了生态文明导向旅游业发展的价值选择和旅游发展方式转型趋势。
Abstract:
The idea of ecological civilization has been included in the 17th National Congress of CPC report，which not only enriches and develops the Scientific Development View，but also initiates the transition of tourism development． Traditional ways of tourism development excessively emphasize investment of tourism resources，energies and materials． Those ways are focused on immediate economic interests and neglect the harmonization between tourism resources，economy，society and environment，which lacks humanistic care． Nowadays，as a strategic pillar industry， tourism is related to national economy and people’s livelihood，which has inspired a new way of tourism development． It should be an organic，integrated and harmonious pattern in which natural environment should be carefully protected，humanistic care，fair and justice should be maintained，ecological ethic and civilized scientific development should be epitomized． In this paper，a case study of Changzhou tourism exemplifies the value choice and the trend of ecological － civilization － oriented way of tourism development．
