摘要:
我国目前的食品安全现状令人担忧，“三鹿”毒奶粉事件、双汇“瘦肉精”事件一次又一次地触动了人们紧绷的食品 安全神经，面对愈演愈烈的食品安全犯罪态势，加强对食品安全问题的刑法规制，成为如今国内研究的热点。食品安全犯罪产 生原因诸多，为减少食品安全犯罪现象，要从法律规制角度出发，完善社会诚信体系和相关法律法规，加大社会监督。 关键词: 食品安全; 食品安全犯罪; 法律对策
Abstract:
The present status of food safety in China causes worries． People are concerned about food safety in “San Lu Milk”incident and Shuang Hui“Clenbuterol”incident． With the increasing number of food safety crime， it is necessary to strengthen criminal regulations on food safety，which has attracted much attention in academic community nowadays． There are a whole bevy of reasons for food safety crime ． In order to reduce food safety crime，from the angle of law regulation，it is necessary to improve the social credibility system and relevant laws and regulations，and enhance social supervision．
