摘要:
高校的人才培养目标应适应经济的发展与需求, 根据当地经济的发展特色适时调整人才培养计划。当地方经济具有外向 型特征时, 高校应努力为当地经济培养外向型人才。高校应该首先以战略性高度加大对国际化进程的投入, 凝练国际合作方向, 确定长期合作目标, 调整人才培养模式, 拓宽国际合作领域, 加强“引智”渠道等国际化途径来加强外向型人才的培养。
Abstract:
T he teaching objectives of the hig her educat ion should adapt to the development and the needs of the economy . When the local eco nomy has a signif icant ex po rt- o riented character ist ics, the colleges and universit ies should t imely adjust students tr aining prog rams, making ef fort s to cult iv ate ex port- oriented personnels for the local gov ernment . Such approaches through internatio nalizat ion should be adopted by the colleg es and universit ies as highlightening the str ategic input to the process of internat ionalizat ion, co ncising the curr ent international coo perat io ns, determining the lo ng - term par tners, adjusting the t raining mo dels, expanding the fields of inter nat ional cooperat ion and the channel s of “bo rrow ing intelligence”.
