摘要:
全球的激烈竞争和消费需求变化的不确定性使价值链的发展具有非线性特征, 这为后发国家和地区的企业转型升级提供 了机会。而大企业集团的成功转型无疑对区域经济发展具有全局性的作用。目前, 我国区域大企业集团仍面临成长性偏弱、价值 链层次不高、自主创新和管理协调能力不强的问题, 因此需要进一步推动市场导向的企业自主创新、培育完整国内价值链、加大 品牌创造、注重企业家人才建设、促进企业制度转型。
Abstract:
Global compet it io n and the uncertainty of chang e of consumer demand forg e the no n- linear characterist ic of the v alue chain development , w hich provides an opportunity for t ransfo rmat io n and upgr ading of developing count ries and regions. Obviously , the gro ups' successful tr ansit ion play s a vanguard ro le in the regio nal eco nomic development . At present , the regional larg e enterprise gr oups in China are st ill faced w ith the pr oblems of w eak g row th, low value chain, poo r capability of innov at ion and management . T herefore, further w ork should be done to promote market - oriented innov ation, nurture the integrity of the domest ic value chain, enhance brand creat io n, focus o n the cult ivat ion of ent repr eneurial talents and promote enterprise system t ransformat io n.
