摘要:
消费者权利是经济法学的基本范畴之一, 《消费者权利变迁的实证研究》一书准确把握了消费者权利的生成和演变规律, 为消费者权在经济法上的证成做出了有效的理论探索。采用的实证研究方法等紧扣经济法的实践性, 增强了论证的说服力, 提升 了理论的实践价值, 向我们展示了部门法学著作研究的新视野。
Abstract:
Consumer r ig hts ar e one of the basic categ ories of eco nomic law . T he book Empirical Study on the Change of Consumer Right s w rit ten by Dr . Qian Yu—w en accurately grasps the generat ion and evolut io n of the consumer right s. It has made an effect ive theoretical ex plo ratio n to just ify the consumer right s in eco nomic law . T he close link of empirical research methods to economic law pract icality enhances the persuasiveness of the argument and the pract ical value of the theory , w hich show s us a new picture of w orks abo ut branches of law .
