摘要:
面临全球市场竞争加剧的压力和国内市场支撑不足的困扰, “十一五”期间我国光伏产业却取得了爆发式增长, 已成为 我国为数不多的、可以同步参与国际竞争、并有望达到国际领先水平的行业。为提升我国光伏产业的国际市场竞争力, 切实成为 “中国制造”的表率, “十二五”期间应积极加快培育光伏产业的系统集成者、构建技术创新体系、启动国内光伏发电市场、建立 和完善行业标准体系。
Abstract:
Cont rary to the pr essure o f the global mar ket compet it ion and the puzzle about domest ic market' s insuff icient support , China's PV indust ry has achieved ex plosive growth during the 11th Fiv e- Year period, w hich has become one of the few indust ries that can simultaneously part icipate in international compet it io n and is ex pected to reach the internat ional leading lev el. For enhancing the compet it iveness in the internat io nal market w hile sett ing an go od ex ample o f “China Manufactur e”in the next Five- Year plan, China's PV indust ry needs to accelerate the cult ivat ion of PV indust ry system integrator , const ruct the technolo gy innov ation sy stem, start and develop domest ic PV mar ket , establish and improve the industr y standards system.
