摘要:
高校哲学社会科学学报不在时政类期刊之列, 面临着如何改革和发展的课题。学报作为高校创办的学术期刊, 办刊的方 式方法无论怎样改进和革新, 其学术性期刊的定性应该坚持, 这是高校学报区别于一般经营性期刊的类标志。高校要通过加强编 辑人才配备, 提高编辑人员素养, 完善和改进办刊的运行机制, 提高学报的传播水平, 坚守和不断提升学报的学术性, 高校文科 学报才能在繁荣中国特色社会主义主流文化中作出更大的贡献, 获得持续健康的发展。
Abstract:
In the r eform of cur rent cultur al industr y, college journals of social science edition, w hich is different from current polit ics journals, is facing the issue of how to reform and dev elo pe. Founded as a academic journals in co llege, it s academic orientaion should be persisted in the pr ocess of reforming and innovat io n, w hich makes college journals dif ferent from those prof itable ones. Colleg es and universit ies should pr ovid quant itative and qaulit itat ive staf fs for journals, per fect and improv e it s operat ing mechanism, enhance ex change and communicat ion , to adhere to jo urnals academic quality and improve it s academic taste co nt inuously. Only in this w ay, can college jo urnal of so cial science make gr eater contr ibution in the project of f lourishing the mainst ream culture of so cialism with Chinese character ist ics and dev elo p soundly and sustainably .
