摘要:
2010 年上海世博会对长三角周边地区的投资拉动产生了很强的辐射和溢出效应, 为苏南城市发展带来新机遇。世博后时 代是苏南学习世界先进国家和地区的发展理念, 交流发展经验, 展示发展成果的机会; 是苏南抢抓机遇, 深化改革, 加快发展的 机会; 是苏南学习国际先进技术, 打造国际品牌, 发展跨国经济的机会。苏南城市要抓住机会, 学习国际领先技术, 实现多角度 国际接轨; 打造国际知名品牌, 体现多层次国际宣传; 构建国际文明城市, 展现完美的国际形象; 培育国际先进理念, 开拓全新 的国际视野; 锁定国际明星企业, 吸引更多的国际投资, 实现经济振兴和社会发展。
Abstract:
T he 2010 Shanghai World Ex po has exerted st rong radiation ef fect s on the capital investment in the Yangt ze- Delta area , w hich has bro ug ht new o pportunit ies for the dev elo pment of the cit ies in souther n Jiangsu pro vince. T he 2010 Shanghai World Ex po is a g ood chance fo r them to lear n f rom the developed count ries and regions the ideas for development , to exchange ex periences of dev elo pment , and to show their ow n achievements. It is al so a go od chance fo r them to speed up the development , to deepen the refo rm and o pening , to learn advanced science and technolog y, to build internat io nal brands, and to further develop tr ansnat ional eco nomy. T hey should seize the chance to learn internat ional advanced technology , to br ing themselves in line w ith the internat ional practice in all aspect s, to publicize themselves to the internat ional community, and to const ruct w orld- famous civilized cit ies and display perfect imag es. It is a go od opportunity for them to cult iv ate adv anced ideas for development and manag ement , to develop an internat io nal v iew , to at t ract more internatio nal investments f rom w orld famous companies. All these actio ns aim to fur ther the social and economic dev elo pment of the cit ies in quest ion.
