摘要:
洮州是内地通往藏区的必经之地, 明朝从建国初年就认识到其地理位置的重要性, 进行重点经营。除了建卫置堡, 实施 土官、僧纲等军事、政治和宗教政策外, 明政府还注意加强对洮州卫的经济管理, 采取“朝贡”贸易、茶马互市和军民屯田等形 式的经济管理措施, 有效地加强了中央王朝同以洮州一带为主的西番诸卫的联系, 推动了当地汉、藏、回等民族之间的互动与交 流。
Abstract:
T aoZhou region is the the main gateway fr om inner land to Tibetan areas, Ming g overnment recog nized the importance of it s g eog raphical location in early Ming Dynasty w ith st rengthened administ rat ion. Apart f rom set t ing up prefecture and fort , carrying out military , polit ical and rel ig ious po licies such as local o ff icials sy stem and monk system etc, Ming g overnment also attached importance to the economic management in T aoZhou pr efectur e, They to ok eco nomic measures by the t ributary t rade , Tea—hor se t rade and t roo p stat io n etc, w hich ef fectively strengthened the contact of the cent ral imperial and the g arriso ns o f Western region, and promo ted interaction and communicat ion o f local Han, T ibetan and Hui nat io nalit ies.
