摘要:
高新技术企业由于具有“高”、“快”、“灵”的特点, 在其发展过程中存在着战略、研发、技术、市场、资金和管理等多 种风险。企业作为高新技术产业的主体是风险的直接承担者, 应该强化风险意识, 采取多种有效措施防范和控制风险。同时, 建 立相关机制, 有助于将高新技术产业的风险进行社会分摊, 政府也应该在高新技术产业发展中起到积极的风险防护作用。
Abstract:
High- technolog y enterprises, due to their characterist ics of “High”, “S w if t”and “Elastic”, are encountered w ith various risks during it s development process, in aspect s o f st rateg y, research & development , technique, mar ket , finance and management . Such enterprises, as the main body of hig htechnology indust ry, are the direct risk bearer and therefo re hav e the necessity to intensify risk aw areness and adopt mult iple risk- prevention approaches. Meanwhile, the establishment of such mechanisms is also co nduct iv e to the social risk - shar ing o f high- technology indust ry . In addit io n, the gov ernment should also play it s role of po sit ive risk- pro tect ion in the development of high- technolog y indust ry .
