摘要:
抗战胜利后, 主管全国重工业的国民政府资源委员会在接管沦陷区工矿企业的同时, 开始大力推行公司制。在此期间, 资委会组建的各种公司数量之多, 范围之广, 规模之大, 是中国工业发展史上前所未有的。尤其是这一时期创办了中国石油公司 等全国性的公司, 在台湾组建了十大公司, 不仅把中国近代公司的形态发展到最高阶段, 同时也为当今的中国公司制度建设和公 司治理提供了可供参考的前车之鉴。
Abstract:
Af ter the victo ry o f the Chinese People' s War of Resistance Against Japanese Ag gression, Nat io nal Government Resour ces Commissio n that w as in charge of nat ional heavy indust ry to ok over the indust rial and mining enterprises in occupied areas. At the same time, the Commissio n had great ly pr omoted the cor porate system. During that period, the number, sco pe and scale of the companies formed by the Commissio n is unprecedented in the histo ry o f indust rial development. In par ticular , the Commission founded some nat ional companies such as the Chinese Oil Company and fo rmed ten companies in Taiw an that no t only dev elo ped the Chinese moder n company form to the highest stag e, but also pr ovided a lesson for co rpor ate system co nst ruct io n and corporate gov er nance in China to day.
