摘要:
贫困生资助政策对帮助经济困难学生顺利完成学业具有重要意义。通过对常州大学的调查发现, 贫困生资助政策的实施 取得了一定效果, 但也存在许多问题, 包括: 奖学金获得比例低、评选标准不明确、名额的确定方式不合理的问题, 国家助学贷 款获得难的问题, 勤工俭学岗位缺乏、岗位层次低的问题等。应从完善奖学金管理制度、理顺助学贷款机制、开发多样性的勤工 俭学岗位等方面解决这些问题。
Abstract:
It is o f g reat significance to help student s f inish their studies in accordance w ith financial aid po licy to poo r college student s. T he surv ey on student s in Chang zhou U niversity indicated that the implementation of financial aid policy had achieved some result s, but there still ex ist some problems, such as low proport ion of scholar ship, unclear select ing criter ia and unreaso nable method for determining quotas of scholarship, enormous diff icult ies in get ting state- subsidized student loans, lack of par t - t ime job po sit ions and low - level posit ion part - t ime jobs, etc. Some measures should be taken to solve these pr oblems, l ike perfect ing scho larship manag ement sy stem, st raig htening out loan mechanism for college students and developing diverse part- time job posit ions, etc.
