摘要:
创新是产业集群竞争力的一个重要来源, 创新能力是支撑产业集群持续发展的决定力量。依托本地资源优势和产业传统, 江苏常州迅速形成具有集群链整合高效、创新氛围浓厚、知识技术转移扩散快、企业竞合程度高等特点的中小企业创新型产业集 群。加快常州中小企业创新型产业集群的发展, 必须加大政府扶持力度, 引进和培育创新型企业和人才, 提升中小企业创新能力, 拓展市场网络。
Abstract:
Inno vat io n is an impo rtant source of inno vative capability of compet it iv eness of the indust rial clusters. Innovat ion ability is the vital for ce to suppo rt indust rial clusters of sustainable development . Depending on local resources and t raditional indust ries, innov at ive indust rial clusters o f Small and Medium Enterprises in Changzhou develop rapidly and form ef ficient integrat ion o f indust rial cluster chain, st rong innovat ion environment of indust rial clusters, fast dif fusio n of know ledg e and technolog y tr ansfer in indust rial clusters, hig h degree o f compet it ion and co operat ion. Some measures should be taken to pro pel innovat ive indust rial clusters of Smal l and Medium Enterprises in Changzhou, that is, the municipal go ver nment of Changzhou should put more effort on support ing the indust rial cluster s of Small and Medium Enterprises, int ro duce and cult ivate innovat ive enterprises and talent s, enhance the innov ation capacity o f Small and Medium Enterprises, expand mar ket ing netw ork.
