摘要:
在WT O 全球自由贸易谈判受阻的情况下, 建立自由贸易区已成为世界各国的首选。对自由贸易区经济效应的经验检验 通常采用可计算一般均衡模型和特定要素模型进行事前预测, 运用贸易引力模型进行事后说明。中国应借鉴国外经验, 制定推进 我国实施自由贸易区战略的总体规划, 实现贸易利益与其他经济利益的均衡。
Abstract:
On the condit io n of WTO f ree trade nego tiat ion suffocated, establishing f ree tr ade area becomes the first choice for the v ar io us countr ies in the w orld. The empirical test of economic effect in f ree t rade area g enerally adopts CGE model and specific facto rs model to ex- ante forecast and g ravity model to expo st ex plain. China should use foreign ex perience for reference to establish overall plan of f ree t rade area st rategy and realize balance betw een t rade benef it and o ther economic interest .
