摘要:
大学生党员的标准和质量问题是当前高校学生党建工作必须面对的现实问题。正确把握大学生党员的标准应当坚持党章 规定的共性标准与大学生群体特征相统一, 应当以政治思想素质为核心, 同时体现对大学生全面发展、成长成才的正确引导。发 展大学生入党必须立足于教育培养, 形成一个涵盖选苗、教育、考验、考察、发展和管理等环节的规范体系, 提高教育培养的科 学性和有效性, 保证发展大学生党员的质量水平。
Abstract:
The pr oblem of the standards and quality o f college student Party member s is a pract ical o ne that w e hav e to face w ith in Party co nstr uct io n in colleg es. T o cor rect ly master the standard of the college student Party member s, w e must adhere to the integ ration o f common standar ds st ipulated in Party Const itut ion and gro up character ist ics of co lleg e student s, stick to the ideolog ical po litic al quality as the co re and guide the co lleg e students to develop fully and successfully. On the admission of college student Party members, it is necessary to base on the cul tivat ion, fo rm a sound sy stem of selecting, cult ivat ing , test ing , probation, admission and management and improve the scient ific and effect ive nature of higher educat ion, so as to guarantee the quality of college student Par ty members.
