摘要:
我国企业集团内部资本市场没有发挥其应有的信息优势、激励优势和提高公司投融资效率等功效。究其原因, 主要有我 国企业集团构建方式和目的不科学; 财务战略定位不合理、不正确; 公司治理效率低下; 内部资本市场运行机制不规范和外部相 关支持条件不成熟等因素。
Abstract:
Ch ina’s in ternal cap ital market does no t give it s fu ll p lay in info rmat ion advan tages, incen t ive advan tages, invest ing and f inancial advan tages. The reason s can be listed as fo llow s: the un scien t if ic con st ruct ion mode and pu rpo se of en terp rise group s, irrat ional and inco rrect f inancial st rategic po sit ion, low eff iciency of company govern ing, non - standard in ternal cap ital market operat ing mechan ism and immatu re ex ternal suppo rt ing condit ion s, and so on.
