摘要:
在哥本哈根举行的全球气候变化会议上, 中美两国在减排原则、减排量的多少及资金和技术援助等方面有较大分歧, 最 终在中美各方的相互斗争和妥协下, 签署了不具法律约束力的《哥本哈根协议》。为了更好地应对气候变化, 中美两国应相互理 解, 加强合作。同时, 中国要进一步落实各项节能减排措施, 及早做好各种应对方案, 以促进2010 年底墨西哥气候峰会的成功 举办。
Abstract:
Held in Copenhagen on Global Climate Change Conference , there are b ig differences betw een Ch ina and the U. S. on em ission s reduct ion p rincip les, the amoun t of em ission reduct ion s and f inancial and techn ical assistance , F inally in the st ruggles and comp rom ises betw een them , Signed a non- legally b inding “the Copenhagen agreemen t”. In o rder to bet ter cope w ith climate change, the two coun t ries shou ld be mu tual understanding and st rengthen cooperat ion. A t the same t ime , Ch ina w ill fu rther imp lemen t energy - saving em ission reduct ion measu res, and respon se to make a variety of p rogram s early, to p romo te the end of 2010M ex ico’s climate summ it success.
