摘要:
技术转移中心是高校科技成果转化的有效途径, 是高校服务社会的具体表现, 是社会经济进步的要求。高校成立技术转 移中心是构成国家自主创新体系的重要环节, 可以从体制上、条件上支持成果转化。目前我国高校技术转移中心正处于发展的关 键阶段, 应该在加强基础建设、完善内部机制、增强持续创新服务能力、加强与地方经济发展的结合和服务等方面着手, 有效整 合学校科技资源, 加快科技成果的转移和产业化, 促进技术转移中心的高速发展。
Abstract:
The technology transfercenter is an efficient way for scientific and technological achievemen t transformation in colleges and un iversities. And it is the embodimen t of the un iversity service fo r society as w ell as the requ iremen t of social econom ic development. In co lleges and universities, estab lish ing techno logy t rasfer cen ter is an importiant link of nat ional innovat ion system , which can su rppo rt ach ievemen t t ran sfo rmat ion f rom system management and wo rk ing condit ion s. A t p resen t, at a crit ical developmen t stage of un iversity techno logy t ran sfer center, it is very important to conform science and techno logy resou rce effect ively, speed up the transformat ion and indu st rializat ion of scien t if ic and techno logical ach ievemen t s and p romo te the rap id development of techno logy t ran sfer cen ter by st rengthen ing inf rast ructu re con st ruct ion, imp roving in ternal mechan ism , enhancing su stainab le innovat ion service ab lity, reinfo rcing the cooperat ion and service w ith the p rovincial econom ic developmen t.
